Sinai Mini Safari 03 Days / 02 Night

Itinerary:
Day 01: Meet & assist at Taba Border by our guide. You will drive along the Red Sea coastal road viewing Coral Island and the Fjord to Nuweiba. Stop for lunch in the area. Before driving into the desert along Wadi Watir, after passing Ein Fortaga we come to the Colored Canyon. Walk this magnificent canyon covered with natural coloring, dinner and overnight at your hotel in Nuweiba. Day 02: After breakfast, proceed to the Oasis of Ein Umm Ahmed, named after the legend of a woman` s tears. A stunning desert drive through Wadi Lathi, bring us to the date palm gardens of Ein Khudra. This oasis is the traditional Hazerot of the children of Israel. Lunch en route, from here the Crusader Pilgrimage route brings us to the Rock of Inscriptions (Nabatean and early Christian inscriptions survive side by side) before arriving to the area of St Catherine, dinner and overnight at your hotel in St Catherine. Day 03: Early morning you will be ascend Mt. Sinai (approx. 03 hr climb) for a magnificent view of the Sinai Peninsula and to watch the sunrise. After breakfast you will visit the 04th century St. Catherine Monastery which is famous for its unique icons. The Burning Bush and Skull Room. A visit to Nawamis – a burial site from the Bronze Age cover the nearby red sandstone plateau, which is in surprisingly good condition. You will then leave the area to Nuweiba for lunch. Mid afternoon you will return to the Taba Border for departure.
